Lipogel Review: Scam, Side Effects, Ingredients, Does it Work?

Lipogel ReviewsLipogel reviews

Lipogel Slimming and Slendering System Cream is the newest weight loss product to make a splash on the health and fitness scene. It is a gel product that is topically applied and claims to reduce fat stores beneath the skin. This weight loss product claims to actually shirk the fat deposits in the areas that you apply the cream.

Company Behind Lipogel

Lipogel is a Michelle Marie product, but the website offers no firm confirmation of this. The website also provides zero scientific evidence and the product has no money-back guarantee.

Lipogel Claims

  • Reduce fat deposits for a slimmer figure
  • Tighten skin for trimmer look
  • Reduce appearance of fat and cellulite
  • Apply with a no grease feel
  • Regain smaller measurements

How does Lipogel Work?

The LipoGel unique formula of caffeine, deionized water, menthol and fragrance claims to penetrate deep beneath the surface of the skin and literally shrink fat cells. The caffeine in the gel is most likely the ingredient that would have the most effective results. Caffeine is a diuretic and could theoretically temporarily shirk cells by dehydrating them. Because their website offers no scientific explanation behind the formula, we can’t be sure exactly how the product is supposed to work. Many customers report a burning sensation like that of Icy Hot. This is probably a result of the menthol portion of the formula.

Lipogel Pros

  • Easy application
  • Can be used on specific target areas
  • Comparatively cheap

Lipogel Cons

  • Reports of burning
  • Mixed success rates
  • Pungent smell
  • Not clinically test so it may not be safe for human use
  • The formula is not fully disclosed so it could contain harmful amounts of substances

Lipogel Side Effects

Again, the website disappointingly doesn’t have any testimonials or reviews, but many people have written on line that they experienced some serious skin irritations after using LipoGel. The product would obviously be bad for anyone who is allergic to caffeine, but even more people have reported issues with burning and redness. Reports of burning, redness and rashes were common.

Lipogel Results

Many users also reported that they simply saw no results. After using it for two months one woman said, “I couldn’t see any difference at all.” Some people say they noticed a visible tightening of the skin after prolonged use, but “the best results were achieved by exercising as well” stated one reviewer. So it’s hard to know if their positive results were a product of LipoGel or simply because they were exercising.

Should you buy Lipogel?

In conclusion, this product most likely isn’t a good investment. Topical weight loss products have a really rocky history to begin with, and this product has zero scientific evidence to support it. Most users reported at best no result, and at worst negative side-effects. You can buy this product on Amazon, but don’t just take my word for it—check out the hundreds of negative reviews on Amazon before you invest in this spam-like product.
